​Yuhu (pronounced you-who), is a lip-smackingly good chocolate milk stout with rich chocolate flavor and caramel notes. Yuhu was brewed in collaboration with River-Sea Chocolates, the chocolate factory next door to Ono Brewing Company, and was brewed with lactose and over 80 pounds of Brazilian cacao husks and nibs. River-Sea Chocolates imported the cacao for use in their craft chocolate bars. *Gluten-reduced

Island Time is a taste of the tropics in a glass. This light, refreshing brown ale was infused with real coconut to make it a fun, summer time beer.  Go ahead and pour this beer, sit back, relax in the tasting room or on the tiki patio, because you're now on Island Time!  *Gluten-reduced

Ho’oilo (pronounced ho-oh-ee-low) is the Hawaiian word for winter. Ho’oilo is a big amber ale (8.0%) to keep us warm in the winter months. Pale, Vienna, crystal and chocolate malts are added, with a splash of our favorite hops to create this balanced, tasty “Big Boy”. The ancient Hawaiians technically only had two words for seasons, “Kau” for summer season and “Ho’oilo” for winter, often referred to as the rainy season. *Gluten reduced 

Our Jack-O pumpkin ale is a light bodied ale with caramel and red malts selected to give it a slightly orange hue, just like a Jack-o-lantern.  Brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and pumpkin , this beer tastes like pumpkin pie in a glass!  *Gluten-reduced

Hellyes Lager is an unfiltered Helles Style Lager known as a Kellerbier, a classic German beer you may have never heard of, but are sure to love. This straw-colored beer has a nice malt character with hints of Lager yeast. (ABV 5.25%  IBU 20) *Gluten reduced

Pipeline Pilsner is a pale lager with a crisp, refreshing taste that's lightly hopped with traditional noble style hops. A Pipeline is known for huge waves that break in shallow water just above a sharp and cavernous reef, forming large, hollow, thick curls of water that surfers can tube ride.  The Banzai Pipeline on the Northshore of Oahu is one of the most famous and most deadly pipeline waves in the world.  *Gluten reduced 

Howzit is a hazy IPA brewed and dry hopped with a generous amount of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. In Hawaii, “howzit” is a phrase used most often as a greeting meaning “How is it going?” or “How is everything?” Raise a glass and say “Howzit” to your neighbor. And if you want to be super cool, you could say “Howzit, braddah” meaning “How’s it going, brother?” *

KOA is a West Coast style Ipa brewed with Simcoe Amarillo and Centennial hops. A crisp refreshing hop forward IPA balanced by a dry finish. Great for all hop enthusiasts.  The Koa tree is only found in Hawaii and the wood from the Koa tree is very beautiful. Koa is renowned for its iridescent shimmer and luscious color, which ranges from tan to warm gold with brown and black accents. *Gluten reduced

​Hang Ten Session IPA delivers a refreshing wave of tropical hop aroma atop a delicate malt base. Notes of mango, pineapple, and orange, gives it a crisp, clean finish. A surfer performs a hang 10 when they balance on the front of the board with all ten toes dangling over the nose. It's usually only possible on a longboard. Landing a hang 10 is a rite of passage for many surfers, and it demonstrates a level of skill and knowledge of the ocean.  *Gluten reduced 

Malice is a hard cider manufactured by Winchester Ciderworks. Ono Brewing will be producing our own hard cider soon. Meanwhile, enjoy this off-dry, Eastern English-style cider. Crisp and refreshing with light acidity, the perfect cider for any occasion.

Flip Flop is a wheat beer brewed with Lemon, Corriander, and Salt. Passion Fruit, Orange, and Guava (POG) were then infused while giving it a wonderful POG  aroma and flavor. A mix of both sweet, and sour, with a refreshing finish makes this light refreshing beer perfect for summer during flip flop season! Fun Fact: In Hawaii, technically, locals don't use the term “flip-flop”. Instead they call them slippers, or “slippahs”.

Manako (pronounced mah-nah-KO), meaning mango in Hawaiian, is an American wheat ale fermented with mango and is a bestseller at Ono Brewing Company in Chantilly.  Manako brings the spirit of the tropics to the brewery’s tropical tasting room. This beer will inspire you to dream of or think back to a day spent relaxing at a beach, with a warm breeze blowing, Island music playing, and a cold drink in hand.

La Vite Vivissimo is an Italian  prosecco (a vino frizzante). A young and light sparkling white wine, making it ideal for any occasion. Light and fruity and east to drink. Smaller bubbles mean a smoother drink which can be enjoyed alone and with meals alike.
