A traditional German style Altbier (amber ale) . A balance with malt and hops makes this incredibly easy to drink out on the dock or wherever your travels take you this summer! (ABV 5.0%)

Hang Loose was made with careful planning between malt and hops. We were looking for no bitterness, with full hop flavor for this IPA. Generous Amounts of Cryo Citra, Cryo Mosaic, and Amarillo hops were added at just the right time to round out this brew. In Hawaii, it is common for natives to give the hang loose symbol, meaning relax, take it easy, while making a fist with the pinky and thumb out called the shaka.  So sit back, hang loose, and enjoy this easy drinking IPA.  (ABV 5.25% )

Hellyes Lager is an unfiltered Helles Style Lager known as a Kellerbier, a classic German beer you may have never heard of, but are sure to love. This straw-colored beer has a nice malt character with hints of Lager yeast. (ABV 5.25% ) **Gluten reduced

Howzit is a hazy IPA brewed and dry hopped with a generous amount of Citra, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. In Hawaii, “howzit” is a phrase used most often as a greeting meaning “How is it going?” or “How is everything?” Raise a glass and say “Howzit” to your neighbor. And if you want to be super cool, you could say “Howzit, braddah” meaning “How’s it going, brother?” *  (ABV 7% )

Island Hopper is an IPA that was brewed with Citra, Galaxy, and Simcoe hops and dry hopped with Ekuanot and Galaxy. Island Hopper is citrusy and refreshing, so pour a glass, sit back, enjoy and imagine that you are on a boat hopping from island to island in the tropics.  (ABV 7.5% )

Manako (pronounced mah-nah-KO), meaning mango in Hawaiian, is an American wheat ale infused with mango and is a bestseller at Ono Brewing Company in Chantilly.  Manako brings the spirit of the tropics to the brewery’s tropical tasting room. This beer will inspire you to dream of or think back to a day spent relaxing at a beach, with a warm breeze blowing, Island music playing, and a cold drink in hand. (ABV 5.0%)  

Hawaiian canoes have outriggers, which are lateral support floats attached to the main hull, to provide the paddlers with more stability in the ocean. Outrigger oatmeal stout is dark, smooth and slightly sweet, with just enough bitterness and hops to balance out the richness. Carefully selected pale, crystal, chocolate, and roasted malts along with just the right amount of flaked oats to make for an uncommonly silky, deeply malted, dark beer drinker's dream come true. Pele is the Hawaiian Goddess of fire and volcanoes. Pele’s Fury is an Irish red ale inspired by the recent eruption of Mauna Loa from November–December 2022, Mauna Loa’s first eruption in 38 years. There are currently six active volcanoes in Hawaii. Four are located on the Big Island. They include Kilauea, Mauna Loa, Mauna Kea, and Hualalai. The other is located on Maui and it is Mount Haleakala. Loihi, the sixth active volcano, is submerged under water off of the coast of Big Island. (ABV 5.0%)  **Gluten reduced

 Pipeline Pilsner is a pale lager with a crisp, refreshing taste that's lightly hopped with traditional noble style hops. A Pipeline is known for huge waves that break in shallow water just above a sharp and cavernous reef, forming large, hollow, thick curls of water that surfers can tube ride.  The Banzai Pipeline on the Northshore of Oahu is one of the most famous and most deadly pipeline waves in the world.  (ABV 5.5%)  *Gluten reduced

Just in time to celebrate spring with it’s malty sweetness and floral, grassy notes, Talk Story is perfect for getting your senses awakened from a cold winter. The aroma of this Maibock hovers between the zing and zest of an IPA and the warm, malty aromas of a traditional Bock. Just like the aroma of spring, the aroma of this Maibock isn’t aggressive or overwhelming.  The name of the beer is a classic phrase in Hawaii meaning to chat. Tiki is a lightly carbonated hard tea  infused with natural flavors. Flavors vary through the year. Check your can for the flavor.  Tiki is a less fizzy alternative to traditional hard seltzer and is a super refreshing, crushable and thirst-quenching option to grab on a hot summer day, or any day of the year! (ABV 4.5%)

Trade winds account for 70% of all winds in Hawaii and are the most common winds over Hawaiian waters. These winds, which blow from a NE to ENE direction, became known as trade winds hundreds of years ago when trade ships carrying cargo depended on these easterly winds for speedy passage. Tradewinds IPA is a rotating session IPA at Ono with varying hops.  This version has lots of Grapefruit notes coming from a combination of Mosaic,Simcoe, and Centennial Hops.  (ABV 5%) **Gluten reduced

White Wash IPA is blend of a Belgian Wit and American IPA, sometimes referred to as a Belgian IPA or white IPA. Wheat-based, with light body, and easy for drinking more than one. Plenty of hops added for a touch of fruity, herbal notes. Lots of orange peel hints with a touch of coriander give this a nice spice to round off our flavors. White Wash is a term surfers use for the broken white water of a wave moving toward the shore. (ABV 6.0%)
