What Is March Mahjong Madness?
March Mahjong Madness is a four-week social Mahjong league for players of all experience levels. Each week you’ll play multiple games, rotate tables, meet new people, and track your scores in a fun, low-pressure setting.
This isn’t a cut-throat tournament — it’s about confidence, connection, and enjoyable competition.
Who Should Join?
This league is a great fit if you:
• Have completed Mahjong 101
• Know the basics and want more practice
• Enjoy social games and want consistent weekly play
Newer players are absolutely welcome. This league is intentionally beginner-friendly.
League Details
• Dates: Thursdays in March — March 5, 12, 19 & 26
• Time: 6:30 pm – 8:45 pm
• Location: Ono Offshore (private event space at Ono Brewing Company)
• Duration: Approximately 2–2.5 hours each week
• Format: Social league with rotating tables and weekly scoring
• Players may open a tab and enjoy Ono beverages during play
• A light snack is provided; additional snacks are available for purchase

• Final standings after Week 4

• Limited seating — only 32 seats across 8 Mahjong tables!
• Pre-registration required
• Ticket includes league entry for all four weeks
League Participant Minimum
A minimum of 20 registered participants is required. If the minimum isn’t met, all registered players will be notified by email at least 48 hours before the first session and the league will be canceled. All ticket fees and Ticketspice processing fees will be fully refunded.

What if I miss a week?
If you can’t make a session, you may still participate in the remaining weeks. You can send a substitute in your place, or we’ll help coordinate a player for you.

Absolutely! Many players attend solo and enjoy meeting others.
Do I need my own Mahjong set?
No — all equipment is provided.
